Sales / Donation Policy

All sales transactions are in US dollars.

Each donation is fully tax-deductible under 501(c)(3) of the I.R.S. rules. Donations are considered final and can not be returned.

The fishing tournament can be cancelled due to bad weather or moved to the next weekend. If the event is cancelled then persons are entitled to a full refund, otherwise all sales are final.
